Terms of Service
Terms covering product inquiries, quotations, orders, and custom dispensing solutions with DL Technology, LLC.
Last updated: October 2026
Acceptance and scope
By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with DL Technology, LLC (“DL Technology,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms apply to your use of the website and, where relevant, to inquiries, quotations, orders, and custom solutions involving DL Technology.
A written quotation, order acknowledgment, or other written agreement for a specific transaction may add to or replace these Terms for that transaction. If they conflict, the written quotation or agreement controls for that transaction.
How these Terms apply
These Terms are written to cover a range of situations. Each provision applies only where relevant to the specific quote, product order, custom solution, or commercial agreement. For example, deposits or advance payments, minimum quantities, custom engineering arrangements, production scheduling, and particular shipping arrangements apply only where they are stated in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, or written agreement. They are not required for every order.
Website information and products
This website provides general information about precision fluid-dispensing components and equipment, including dispensing needles, valves, pumps, cartridges, accessories, dispensing equipment, and custom dispensing solutions. It is a product information and business inquiry website. It does not offer online ordering, live pricing, inventory, or online payment.
Descriptions on this website are general. Actual specifications, fluid compatibility, equipment suitability, pricing, availability, and performance requirements must be confirmed through applicable product documentation, quotations, or written agreements.
Inquiries, RFQs, and estimates
Submitting an inquiry or request for quotation (RFQ) does not create an order or obligate either party. Estimates are non-binding unless they are set out in a written quotation. A quotation may state its scope, assumptions, and validity, and may be revised if the information it relies on changes.
Technical specifications, compatibility, and suitability
You are responsible for determining whether a product, component, or solution is suitable for your application, fluids and materials, process, and intended use, including any testing or qualification in your own process. Information shared in discussions is not a guarantee unless confirmed in writing.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing with supporting documentation, DL Technology does not represent that any product is approved or intended for direct patient use, sterile medical applications, implantable devices, or other regulated manufacturing processes. Customers using products in regulated applications are responsible for their own qualification, validation, and compliance.
Customer-provided drawings, requirements, and intellectual property
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the drawings, specifications, fluid requirements, and other information you provide, and you confirm that you have the right to share it. We may rely on it in preparing quotations and carrying out orders, and we are not responsible for results that depend on inaccurate or incomplete information.
You keep ownership of your technical documents and intellectual property. You allow DL Technology to use them as needed to evaluate your inquiry, prepare quotations, and fulfill orders or custom solutions. Our handling of submitted information is described in our Privacy Policy. If you require a separate confidentiality agreement, please contact us before sharing sensitive documents.
Commercial orders and purchase orders
An order is accepted only when DL Technology confirms it in writing, for example by order acknowledgment, invoice, or other written confirmation. Where a purchase order is used, it should reference the applicable quotation. Terms in a purchase order that conflict with these Terms or the quotation do not apply unless agreed in writing. DL Technology may decline an order.
Pricing, invoicing, and payment
Pricing is stated in the applicable quotation. Payment terms are stated in the quotation or invoice. Payments may be invoice-based where applicable. Deposits or advance payments apply only where stated in the applicable quotation or agreement, for example for certain custom orders. Taxes, shipping charges, and other charges, where applicable, are as stated in the quotation or invoice.
Custom orders, changes, and cancellations
Changes to or cancellation of a custom order must be requested in writing and are subject to review and written acceptance by DL Technology. Changes may affect price, scope, and scheduling. Where work has begun or materials have been committed for a custom order, related costs may be chargeable as stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.
Custom-manufactured components are made to the requirements agreed for that order. Feasibility, scope, and timelines for custom development are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Production scheduling
Where production scheduling applies, dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Schedules can depend on timely information and approvals from you, materials, and any deposit or advance payment required by the applicable quotation or agreement.
Shipping and delivery
Where shipping applies, the method, carrier, charges, and estimated delivery timing are stated in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, or written agreement. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Risk of loss and delivery terms are those stated in the applicable quotation or written agreement or, if none are stated, as provided by applicable law.
Receiving and inspection
Please inspect shipments when you receive them. Notify DL Technology in writing promptly if you find visible damage, shortages, or items that do not match the order, and include your order reference and details of the issue.
Returns
Where returns are available, they require prior written authorization from DL Technology and are subject to the conditions stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Not all items are returnable; for example, custom-manufactured components made to your requirements may not be. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Warranties
DL Technology provides a warranty only where one is expressly provided in writing for the applicable product or order.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXCEPT FOR ANY WARRANTY EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY DL TECHNOLOGY, LLC IN WRITING, DL TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DL Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or production downtime, arising from the use of this website or from products or services, and any liability limits for a specific transaction are as stated in the applicable quotation or written agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
